Payment Policy

Insurance Payments

Simply Healthful is a self-pay operation, meaning payment is the responsibility of the client. We are not an insurance provider, nor do we bill third-party payers or accept what they may pay. Payment is expected at the time of booking online via card or at the time of visit via cash or check. At the end of the appointment, the client may be provided with an invoice or superbill to file for reimbursement with their insurance company.

Referrals

If your insurance provider requires a referral to see a specialist, you will need one in order to be reimbursed. Contact your physician for the referral and bring it with you to the initial visit.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, a 48-hour cancellation notification is an expected courtesy.
